Good Customer Service is few and far between. It should be the most important part of any company. That is how customers remember …….
Oh dear, This is terrible. I want to write about a company in Bulgaria that gave exceptionally good service. I had their name on my computer until that day a week or so ago when everything got deleted.
Anyway I shall still give praise even though I cannot remember their name.
I was after purchasing some liquid rubber to do my donkey stables with. I found this company , maybe in the Golden Pages book. Anyway I sent an e-mail and within a short time I had received a reply from a gentleman who not only wrote in English but also knew what I was talking about. He even told me that the product I wanted was not suitable for my intended purpose but if I wanted to try I could have a free sample.
I praised him for the excellent service and told him that would never happen in England
The free sample was here in a few short days. As he had said it was not suitable……Had he not been so good at his job he might well have had me paying loads of money for something that did not serve my purpose.
My worst customer service was with Easyjet. If there was any other cheap way of getting from A to B I would do it but at the moment there is only Easyjet.
The reason for worst service is that when my daughters made a surprise visit to Bulgaria for my 70th birthday. Easyjet forgot to tell them that the outward flight was cancelled. They were already to step out of the door into the waiting taxi when Easyjet contacted them. OKay so they were delayed 24 hrs but then before they left they checked about the return flight and were told that it was not affected.
Consequently when they went to Sofia on the return journey, there was no plane. They had to fork out £90 each to go with BA. There were no apologies, nothing…. I wrote a letter of complaint but never received a reply.
Customer Service! What customer service?
My worst C

Good morning Miss Patricia. I have no idea what time it is in Bulgaria, I hardly know where Bulgaria is located. I think it is east of Greece somewhere and north of Serbia. Thanks for the tip about Easyjet. I fly BA if I go anywhere, which these days is seldom. Alas. Dianne
Hiya Dianne.. Bulgaria is over near Russia and Romania. It is on the Black Sea, well one border is the other sides have Romania, Serbia, and Turkey. Greece is somewhere down there.
I do use Easyjet and normal service is reasonable but I always have reservations about whether they will fly or not. One airline I would never use is Ryanair, biggest cheats on the planet! They charge 10p to use the loo on the plane!
Easyjet ain’t easy after all . I’m sorry to hear your bad experience. Travelling is stressful as it is and if you encounter a bad service, it can be a traumatic event. Great service should be a standard for all businesses. Shame on the company who sucks in service. Pardon the term. Stay blessed my friend.
May the Good Lord Bless you and your family too
Grrr!
As one of the little girls from popular TV show in the 90′s would say, how rude!
